I first discovered ADL after Dean won The Apprentice in 2025. Having struggled to find a reliable local supplier, I decided to reach out and see if they could help, and I am so glad I did.

As soon as I submitted my inquiry, the team invited me to a discovery call with Dean to scope out the project and provide a quote. The pricing and project details were exceptionally clear and easy to understand. After securing the booking with a small deposit, we finalized the installation dates.

The installation was completed in two phases. On both occasions, the onsite team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all my questions. I also want to give a special shout-out to Holli, who managed the bookings and inquiries seamlessly throughout the entire process.

ADL is hands-down one of the best service providers I have ever worked with. Given the increasingly intense summer heatwaves in the UK, I highly recommend making them your first point of contact. A huge thank you to the entire ADL team for helping us stay cool for years to come!

Gary worked so hard installing my 3.5kw, 2.5kw and 2 outdoor units. What looked like a simple install ended up with a few challenges.... the dormer ceiling in the upsatirs bedroom, Rosemary tiles, lip at the base of rosemary tiles, wrong outdoor unit but Gary and Dean resolved them all. Thank you Dean, Gary, Louis, Holly and Chloe for all your help with my install

We recently had a new Daikin Air Conditioning unit installed, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received with ADL AC Ltd. From start to finish, Dean and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

The fitters took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were happy with the installation plan before they began. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the installation was completed efficiently, to a very high standard, and without any issues.

What really impressed us was the care they took while working in our home. They treated our property with respect, kept everything tidy throughout the installation, and left the place spotless when they finished. You wouldn't have known they'd been there apart from our fantastic new air conditioning system!

The Daikin unit is working perfectly, and we're delighted with the result. Excellent customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and first-class workmanship from the whole team. We would have no hesitation in recommending ADL AC Ltd to anyone looking for air conditioning installation, and we will definitely be using them again for any future air conditioning needs.

Thank you Dean for such an outstanding job!

We are very happy with the Daikin aircon units ADL fitted in our bedroom and in the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen in April 2026. Dean Franklin , the owner, was quick to respond , quick to reply to every question , and had a friendly , approachable manner which we liked. They were fitted over 1 and a half days by Sam and his apprentice Louie. So pleased we had them before the May heatwave , I love them ! Added bonus is , they also heat the rooms and do it faster and cheaper than our gas central heating

I have lung problems , asthma and copd , and breathing is harder in extreme heat which is why we invested in aircon - but these units also clean the air ; I could not be happier.
Thank you ADL
